stepMate is a powerful animation tool designed specifically for situations in which you want the viewer to decide when to advance to the next slide. stepMate is ideal for product catalogs, guided tours, tutorials, step-by-step instructions, lessons, self-study material, etc. It's like having Keynote or Powerpoint on your website...

Each layer will fade in, move from a Start point to an End point, and fade out, or not. Of course, every step of the animation is optional and you have precise control over the timing of each of those steps.

stepMate uses a unique input method that combines the traditional Stacks HUD (info box) and RapidWeaver's Edit mode window to provide all the necessary information to the animation engine.

Because you control practically everything for each individual layer, they can slide in, out, up, down, sideways and diagonally, fast or slow, even fade away... Great for effects ranging from the subtle to the sophisticated and eye-catching.

With this simple-to-use stack, you create animations in 4 easy steps:

1. Set the size of your canvas
2. Add and style the content of each layer: text, images, practically anything...
3. Set the Start and End points for each layers and the duration of the animation steps
4. Set the styling of the animation as well as the style of the Next, Previous, and Restart icons, and you're done...
